I understand that no finish work can be done prior to the tub placement in a recessed area. The delivery team must have clearance around each side of the tub to safely lower it into the space to avoid damage. Depending on the access, I’m aware that additional crew members may be needed that will carry an additional fee. I realize that I must have 3’ of unobstructed clearance to the entire front of the tub where the equipment bay is located, and 6’ of overhead clearance to perform final installation and future service work.
